Neighborhood Halloween Party

Saturday night we had our annual Gillespie Estates Halloween party.  This is so much fun each year and this year was no different.  Cohen was so excited to be able to put on her Halloween costume finally!!  She was a peacock this year or as she says "a peacock princess".  Kate was Tinkerbell.  We started everything off with a hayride then everyone came to Meg and Richie's house for a delicious dinner of soups and sandwiches.   After eating it was dark, and the Georgia game was over :) so the kids could start trick-or-treating.  After trick-or-treating the kids played some games and played.  Meg had her garage decorated so cute and it was fun to watch all the kids bob for apples, dig for prizes, and have a candy corn race. There was even some dancing and you will see in the pictures I took of Cohen how she has to concentrate on her dancing skills and keep her tongue out while she moves. Another fun night celebrating Halloween!  We are again reminded how much we love living in this neighborhood with such fun neighbors who like to get together.
Look who's holding her head up so good :)
