Fall Break Fun

We had several things going on over fall break so we had to keep our fun close to home.  Day 1 was Bryce's birthday and on day 2 Cohen had her last middle school auxiliary performance.  It was the last game of the season and last performance.  It was so fun seeing my little majorette perform this year and it was such a sweet group of friends that she twirled with.

Sweet friends!
After the game we had another fun birthday celebration for Bryce at Bebe's house.  All of my kids love Bebe's cheesecake and they always request little cheesecakes from her for their birthdays.

On Friday of fall break we made a quick decision to take off to one of our favorite fall places...Skytop Apple Orchard.  The orchard is near Hendersonville, NC so our first stop was lunch in Hendersonville.  We do different things up there each year when we go but we did this same lunch stop at a pizza place in town when Bryce was little.  I can remember it well because he had a blow out at the restaurant and we had to leave with him in only a diaper.  Well guess who followed in her brother's footsteps...
At the car when I was starting to change Ellington I quickly saw what a mess I had on my hands!  They always seem to make the biggest messes when you don't have a good place to change and realize how big of a mess you have without anyone around to help.  After getting her changed and fed she was happy as could be and had a big belly!  Cohen couldn't get over that and had to take her picture.

Spiderman was back to walk around town with me :)

After lunch we headed to the orchard.  We love this place, and we really love their apple cider slushies and DONUTS!

Saturday of fall break was for the Dawgs...unfortunately they didn't give us the outcome we needed.  Good thing we took this picture before the game when we actually were smiling.

Always love a fall break even when the weather makes it feel like summer.  Now we could use another one since it has actually begun to be fall!  I guess we will countdown to Thanksgiving break instead.  Happy Fall Y'all!
