Cold Weather Fun in January

We have had our share of cold weather this month!  I'm not a big fan of cold weather period, but if we're going to have some I want it to be with snow!  We had a few weeks there of just plain ole cold!
Everything from the city fountains to the big waterfalls were completely frozen.  A lot of people went to see Toccoa Falls frozen and we went as well but when we went it was already starting to warm back up so what we saw was not near what some people saw.  It was neat to see and I could tell it was probably very cool all frozen over.  If it gets that cold again we will have to head up into the mountains for some good waterfall hikes.

I love this picture!  Their faces say it all!

And last week we finally got a little snow.  Snow followed up by 60 degree weather on Saturday but then again this is Georgia.  The kids enjoyed their day off and we did get out in the snow before it completely melted.   And yes Bryce had to wear a purple snowsuit.  The price you pay for having older sisters and no snow bib of your own this year.

Cutest face you ever saw!

When Dawn said "say cheese" Bryce said "hamburger sandwich"

Cohen & Keyes sent their teacher, Mrs. Robinson this picture.  She was finding out the gender of her baby & Cohen was voting team pink, and Keyes team blue.  We're so excited for her and it was team blue!
