We got back from our Disney trip on Thursday and on Saturday morning we were packed again heading out for our family vacation with Sug & Pop to Fripp Island. This was the first time we had been to Fripp Island but it was very close to where we stayed last year on Harbor Island. Fripp was a very pretty island and we really enjoyed our week there. Kate was anxious to get on the beach to catch any crab, periwinkle, and sea creature she could find. Bryce had talked non-stop for months about going to the beach, and Cohen is like her mama, always ready for any beach vacay. We spent our days soaking up all the sun we could, riding bikes, we did visit the pool a little but mainly spent time at the beach since we do have a pool here at home.
When I asked the kids what they loved most about vacation I got these answers:
Cohen-Boogie boarding and playing in the ocean, and the sea shells. Also getting so close to a dolphin
Kate-catching all the star fish
Bryce-going far to the ocean

We would walk on the beach at low tide and there was a spot that was full of shells, and all kids of sea life. One day we found 3 sea stars!
We had a fun time going into Beaufort one night. Nothing beats good seafood and good ice cream!
